Prospectus for Study in Japan
(Half-time work and half-time study)
I. Admission conditions:
1、Age 18-30 years old;
2、With at least 12 years of education and within 5 years of final school graduation;
(high school, junior college, college, undergraduate degree, etc.)
3、No gender restriction, no experience in Japan;
4、No Japanese language level certificate, Japanese language training can be arranged;
5、Physically and mentally healthy, ready for further study and employment in Japan.
II. Advantages of studying in Japan:
1、During the study period, you can work and study half-time, and your average monthly income is about 6000-12000 RMB;
2. Those with excellent grades can receive monthly scholarships of 30,000-50,000 yen from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, JASSO and other institutions;
3、After graduating from university, you can take up a job directly with a minimum monthly salary starting from RMB12,000, and the salary will increase every year;

III. Visa time guarantee:
Japanese language school study 15-24 months, you can go on to study in Japanese universities or vocational schools for 3-4 years. After graduating from university, you can apply for a one-year pre-employment visa, and you can get a work visa to work for a Japanese company and stay in Japan for a long time.
IV. Place of study:
Tokyo, Osaka, Chiba, Nagoya, Kobe, Fukuoka, Yokohama, Kyushu and other famous language institutes.
V. Study and working arrangements during study abroad:
1、Study time: Half-day course (morning or afternoon) every day from Monday to Friday.
2、Working hours: Part-time jobs can be arranged for all the time outside of study. Students can get a part-time job permit on the day they arrive in Japan, and they can start working after two weeks of familiarization with the environment.
3、Working places: food stores, convenience stores, duty-free stores, nursing homes, restaurants, vending stores, McDonald's, postal services, electronic factories, production lines in factories, etc.
4、Work income: If you are not familiar with the language in the early stage, you can do simple operation work first. On average, you can work 4-8 hours a day, and you can work during spring, summer and winter vacations, with a monthly salary of 6,000-12,000 RMB (the salary depends on your working hours).
VI. Application schedule: (The partner institutions are all excellent schools recognized by the Japanese Immigration Bureau, with high visa rates.)
VII. Process for studying abroad:
1、Agree on the study abroad program, register and create a resume
2、Start to prepare all kinds of study abroad documents and pay domestic processing fee
3、Health checkup and video interview confirmation are required for individual language schools in advance
4、If you don't have Japanese language certificate, you should take Japanese language training and Japanese language proficiency test.
5、Submit all the documents required for admission to the Japanese language school and the optional examination fee.
6、The Japanese language school will apply to the Immigration Bureau for a "Certificate of Eligibility".
7、The Japanese Immigration Bureau will issue the result and notify the applicant of the result.
8、Pay the fee specified by the Japanese language school and send the "Certificate of Eligibility" by mail.
9、Apply to the Japanese Embassy for a student visa
10、After passing the visa examination, the applicant will book a flight and enter Japan to study.
11、After the school picks up the student from the dormitory, arrange for the student to call the parents to report to them.

VIII. Costs required for Japanese schools:
1、Language school tuition: 600,000-800,000 yen/year (about 35,000-50,000 RMB/year).
2、Tuition fee for vocational school, university and graduate school: 600,000-1,300,000 yen/year (about 35,000-70,000 RMB/year).
3、Accommodation fee: 60,000-90,000 yen per 3 months (about 1500 RMB/month).
Note: Tuition and accommodation fees vary from school to school in different areas.
IX. Domestic hand fees continued:
1、 Handling fee: 10000 RMB.
2、Japanese language training fee: 3,000 RMB (accommodation is free during the training period, meals are on your own).
3、Miscellaneous training fees: 800 yuan (visa fee, school uniform, books, accident insurance fee).
4、Passport fee, medical examination fee, notarization, air ticket and other expenses are self-care.
